It happens that when we experience a high volume of orders, we are unable to fulfill all the orders in a timely manner. We will notify you of the delay when it happens. Though we will do our best to avoid any delays, we do not guarantee a delivery date.
Orders for customized items will take longer to be processed due to the extra work involved in preparing the ordered items (please refer to the section of Processing Times for more information). Standard shipping: Once an order is shipped, it will take about 7-15 business days for the order to be delivered with a standard shipping.
Depending on the shipping method you select, and your shipping address, and the local postal services at your location, the actual delivery time may vary.
Notice: The shipping time is calculated starting from the day when the item is shipped instead of the day when you place your order. The customers will be held responsible for any extra shipping cost resulting from the customers’ providing incorrect shipping information.
If the package is lost resulting from the customers’ providing incorrect shipping information, the customer will be held responsible for the loss. A refund will not be applied to the situation stated herein.
